Memory Reads
See exactly what MCP-connected AI clients searched for, what they found, and where the vault has gaps.
Memory Reads is the audit trail for AI clients using your vault.
What It Shows
Each read card can show the client, tool, query, result count, latency, returned entries, and whether a search produced no memories.
Filters
Filter by client, tool, source, and time window. This helps answer questions like "Did Cursor read the design decision from last week?" or "Which queries are returning nothing?"
Top Contributors
The top contributors panel identifies entries that are read frequently. These are good candidates for pinning, updating, or turning into higher-level topic digests.
Stale Heavy Hitters
The app can flag entries that are read often but have not been updated recently. Treat these as refresh candidates before they mislead future AI sessions.
Privacy Setting
Settings -> Privacy controls whether redacted MCP call arguments are stored. Turn this off if you want Memory Reads to log tool names without showing query detail.
