Topics

Topics group related memories across every source. They are the user-facing organization layer above raw imported conversations.

Topic List

Use the topic list to search, select, and review classified areas of work. The pending count at the bottom tells you how much vault content still needs classification.

Digest

Each topic can have a digest. The current app lets you view the digest as Markdown or raw text, edit the raw digest, refresh it, or reclassify the topic when it becomes stale.

Aliases

Aliases merge different names for the same topic. Add aliases when one project, product, or customer appears under multiple names across different AI tools.

Timeline

The timeline shows entries that belong to the selected topic. Use it to understand how a topic evolved over time and which sources contributed.

Classify Now

The Classify Now wizard guides you through selecting an AI client, checking MCP status, and copying the prompt that classifies pending entries back into the vault.
