When you purchase 1AIVault Pro, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices included in your purchased tier. The Free tier may be used within the published entry and topic limits.

A device is a computer where 1AIVault is activated. Multi-device licenses may be active on the purchased number of computers at the same time. You may deactivate a device and move that seat to another computer through the app or customer portal when available.

Pro licenses include 12 months of updates. After that period, the app keeps working with the last version you were eligible to use. Optional renewal may re-enable updates for another 12 months; renewal is not required to keep using the version you already have.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If 1AIVault is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund.

Team or commercial licenses may include separate pricing, seat management, and support terms. If a written agreement with StoicSoft applies to your organization, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

1AIVault is local-first, but you are responsible for keeping backups of important data and export bundles. You should keep your license key, passphrases, and backups secure.

1AIVault is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoicSoft is not responsible for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or other damages resulting from use of the software. Always keep backups of important data.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of 1AIVault after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
