Broad AI tool support

One vault, eighteen AI tools — desktop apps, CLIs, editors, and coding agents alike.

Overview

What Broad AI tool support does

1AIVault's source registry currently spans 18 AI tools, covering four families at once: desktop apps like Claude Desktop and ChatGPT, CLIs like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini, editors and IDE agents like Cursor, Cline, and Windsurf, and coding agents like Antigravity, OpenCode, and Warp. One vault feeds and reads across all of them, so your memory is not stranded in whichever tool you happened to open.

Broad coverage matters because most people do not live in a single assistant. A decision made in Cursor should be recallable from Claude Code; context captured in ChatGPT should surface in Codex. Because every tool connects through the same MCP server and the same local vault, switching tools never means starting your AI's memory over from scratch.

Why it matters

The payoff for your AI memory

Four tool families, one vault

Desktop apps, CLIs, editors, and coding agents all read and write the same local memory.

No tool lock-in

Memory captured in one assistant stays recallable from any other connected client.

Consistent identity

Each tool keeps its own source label and logo across the app, so you always know where a memory came from.

How it works

From first launch to reusable memory

  1. 1

Open Connection to see the AI tools 1AIVault detects on your machine.

  2. 2

Install the MCP server into each client you use across desktop, CLI, editor, and agent.

  3. 3

Capture and recall memory in any of them through the shared vault.

  4. 4

Add another tool later and connect it the same way without migrating memory.

FAQ

Common questions

Which AI tools does 1AIVault support?

The current registry covers 18 tools including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Antigravity, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot, Roo Code, Qoder, Trae, Factory Droid, Kilo Code, Warp, and Augment.

Can I share one memory vault across different AI apps?

Yes. Every supported tool connects to the same local vault through MCP, so memory captured in one client is searchable and reusable from any other connected client.

Local memory, shared everywhere
